Andrew Banks is a partner at Conchin, Cole, Jordan & Sherrod, where he represents individuals and businesses in complex, high-stakes civil litigation. His practice focuses on complex tort litigation, direct action insurance disputes, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, and construction defect cases. Andrew is known for his meticulous case preparation, strategic thinking, and relentless advocacy on behalf of his clients.
Since joining the firm in 2020, Andrew has successfully litigated dozens of cases and has secured millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. He brings a practical, solution-oriented approach to every matter and is often called upon to handle cases involving intricate legal and factual issues.
A native of Maitland, Florida, Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida State University. He went on to earn his law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where he was a Dean’s List student and a leader in the school’s nationally acclaimed trial advocacy program.
Andrew has received multiple honors recognizing his legal skill and community involvement. He was named to the Huntsville Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 and selected to the 2025 Mid-South Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Section of the Huntsville Bar Association.
Andrew is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Association for Justice, the Huntsville Bar Association, and the Federalist Society. Outside the office, Andrew enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends. He is also an active member of the Church of the Highlands in Huntsville.
