Founding partners Gary Conchin and Kenny Cole are both nationally recognized trial lawyers. They joined together and established the firm in 2015 with a mission to provide trusted, high-quality legal representation for injury victims in North Alabama and the Southeast.
In 2019, Brent Jordan, a seasoned trial attorney with more than two decades of experience in personal injury, fraud, and abuse cases, joined the firm. The team was further strengthened by the addition of Lynn Sherrod, a respected former Madison County District Court Judge, who brings unique insight and judicial perspective to our practice, Andrew Banks, a dedicated attorney committed to advocating for injury victims with integrity and compassion and Patrick Lamar, a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of courtroom experience and high percentage litigation success rate with two record verdicts in medical negligence cases.
